Insurance & Payment
We are an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.
We are NOT participating providers for any HMO insurance plans, and some PPO plans.
Before scheduling your appointment, please contact your insurance provider to find out if Dr. Kim is in your network.
It is the patient's responsibility to make sure that we are in network.
NOTICE
The patient is financially responsible for all charges, whether or not their insurance pays. Any balance after insurance coverage is the patient's responsibility.
Self-Pay Patients
Patients without insurance coverage are welcome. We expect payment at the time of service.
